1992
● Founded Lianmei International Talent Agency Co., Ltd.
● Managed CP262 project for Banqiao Line of Kashima Corporation, introducing 138 foreign workers with full management services.

● Managed the Xueshan Tunnel project of Beiyi Expressway, introducing 350 foreign workers with full management services.

● Established overseas companies in Thailand and the Philippines, developing a computerized human resources management system.

● Managed the labor crisis at Formosa Plastics Sixth Naphtha Cracker Project, successfully handling over 3,500 foreign workers and resolving the crisis.

● Managed multiple Taiwan High-Speed Rail projects, introducing over 6,000 foreign workers with full management services.

● Established the Engineering Division, expanding into bulk cargo shipping and gravel transportation.

● Founded Haoyong Taichung branch.

● Awarded A-grade service quality agency for 2004.
● Expanded into railway gravel transportation, becoming the largest gravel supplier in northern Taiwan.

● Managed Taipei Metro projects, introducing 146 foreign workers with full management services.
